Abstract:

本发明公开了一种无磁性织构NiV合金基带的制备方法,属于高温超导涂层导体金属基带技术领域。本发明拟解决现有Ni-W合金基带磁性能和立方织构不能同时满足YBCO涂层导体进一步广泛应用的问题。合金基带的组分及其原子百分含量为Ni(88~91at.%),V(9~12at.%)。其制备方法,采用粉末冶金方法,包括以下步骤:(1)初始粉末的混合与模具填充;(2)初始合金坯锭的制备;(3)初始坯锭的形变轧制;(4)冷轧基带的再结晶热处理。本发明的合金基带具有无磁性,高立方织构等特点。
