Abstract:

单晶类钙钛矿型氧化物La2CuO4纳微米棒的制备方法属于纳米催化剂制 备领域。在水热的条件下,通过选择硝酸镧或镧的氧化物为镧源、控制氢氧 化钾为碱源的用量、水热温度在180℃-260℃及时间24h-48h、灼烧温度850 ℃及时间2h-6h,可得到纳微米棒状类钙钛矿型氧化物La2CuO4。本发明所 获得的类钙钛矿型氧化物La2CuO4具有纳微米尺寸的棒状形貌和良好的单晶 结构。该具有独特形貌和单晶结构的类钙钛矿型氧化物La2CuO4在超导材料、 化学传感器、汽车尾气催化净化、氮氧化物催化消除、有机物催化氧化等领 域具有良好的应用前景。
