Abstract:

本发明涉及一种对带粘弹性包覆层充液管道无损检测的方法,属于无损 检测技术领域。利用压电换能器激励比较单一的轴对称超声导波扭转模态 T(0,1)用于带粘弹性包覆层充液管道无损检测的方法:在管道外壁周向轴对称 放置一组厚度切变型压电陶瓷片,激励和接收衰减低于6dB/m,群速度随频 率的变化率低于-0.0004m的扭转模态T(0,1)对带粘弹性包覆层充液管道进行 无损检测。本发明解决了带粘弹性包覆层充液管道无法长距离、快速、全面、 在役无损检测的现状。
