Abstract:
块状纳米晶SmCo系永磁材料的制备方法属于磁性材料技术领域。现有方法仅能制备粉末样品,不能制备块状纳米晶SmCo系永磁体。本发明所提供的方法:是将成分为SmCo5、Sm2Co17和Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)7.5的合金熔炼成母合金,然后以40-50米/秒的速度快淬成纳米晶薄带;将薄带高能球磨5-10h后得到非晶粉末,将其装入模具于10-30MPa预压成型,利用SPS技术烧结得到永磁材料,烧结温度为650℃-750℃,烧结压力为300-1000MPa,升温速率为50-200℃/min,保温时间为0-10min。本发明制备的永磁材料致密度好、矫顽力高,高温磁性能良好,晶粒尺寸小于100纳米。
