本发明涉及一种钯-聚吡咯修饰泡沫镍催化电极的制备方法,尤其是一种适用于电化学还原脱除水中氯代有机物的新型催化电极的制备方法。针对目前电化学催化电极制作成本较高、基材比表面小等问题,引入了聚吡咯膜。将PdCl2粉末溶于盐酸,加去离子水配成20~25mmol/L PdCl2溶液。吡咯与十倍体积的硫酸再稀释十倍配成镀液,泡沫镍为阳极,铂片为阴极,电沉积制得PPy/foam-Ni电极,沉积电流密度1.7mA·cm-2,时间20min。以 PPy/foam-Ni电极为阴极,铂片为阳极,在20~25mmol/L PdCl2溶液恒电流电沉积钯,沉积电流密度1.7~4.2mA·cm-2,沉积时间30~40min。所制Pd/PPy/foam-Ni电极进行扫描电镜测试和脱氯实验。结果表明,聚吡咯使钯催化剂颗粒分散程度增加,得到低负载高比表面积的高催化活性的电极,具有一定应用前景。
