Abstract:

污水生物脱氮与污泥减量耦合生物反应器及其工艺属于污水处理领域。目前我国90%以上的污泥得不到及时有效处理、处置,导致二次污染。此外,从运行情况看,污水处理厂(尤其是低碳氮比的污水)总氮的去除效果普遍不佳。而剩余污泥减量释放出的碳源则可作为脱氮的有效碳源,从而在减量同时提高脱氮效果。本发明沿水流方向依次构造微氧区以硝化、缺氧区流离捕获污泥低分子化而减量并提供碳源以脱氮、好氧区SND(同步硝化反硝化作用)而进一步脱氮,体积比分别为23%、45%和32%,各区分别生长其适合的微生物。其出水TN为10.2mg/L、氨氮为1.9mg/L、COD为31.2mg/L;其污泥产率为0.068gMLSS/gCOD。已应用于小区生活污水处理。
