Abstract：
一种可用于定量测量和控制湿度的电容式有机 膜湿度传感器包括有上、下电极，硅片，二氧化硅层， 用聚酰亚胺高分子有机膜作介质的感湿膜。特征在 于它采用了硅片本身作为下电极，其上是二氧化硅 层，在此上面是感湿膜，感湿膜上是用金属铝层制作 的上电极。该湿度传感器除具有与现湿度传感器(如 图1所示)良好的重复性、稳定性等技术性能和技术 参数外，还具有可靠性高、一致性高、成本低，生产成 品率可达到80％等一系列优良的技术特性。
