Abstract:
在课业考试后向教师"要高分"的学生数量日益增长.学生"讨分"现象具有隐匿特征,"讨分"典型事件历经"讨分"到"讨罚"再到"平息"的动态过程.基于诉求表达的视角,""讨分"事件"的理论分析思路是:谁在表达?如何表达?表达什么?以及表达结果如何?"讨分式"作弊的治理逻辑是:识别失信行为,防止机会主义;多用常规途径,划定权责边界;追究无理责任,力戒模糊执行;坚持公正公开,维护公平正义.
