Abstract:
The aim of this research is to build a model to integrate the factors, such as natural, geographic, political, economical and social factor. And the interactions among different factors, based on the analytical data to anticipate the transportation demands in western China. The research tries to build up a systematic model and method of transportation planning and arrangement adjusted with the reality and data of western China. This research is based on the theoretical research and practical experience, which include logical framing (qualitative model), mathematical modeling, practical arithmetic. The objective of the research is to develop a synthesized model base multi-factor quantitative analysis. The application of the model will optimize the transportation and logistic arrangement of western China area.
