Abstract:

The concentration of polyphosphate ion in DKDP solution at different synthesis and crystal growth stage has been measured in detail by ion chromatography. So the variation regularity of polyphosphate ion concentration in DKDP solution of synthesis and crystal growth has been obtained. The results were analyzed from the view of thermodynamics and kinetics, and a measure that could effectively reduce the concentration of polyphosphate ion in growth solution of DKDP crystal has been put aterward. It is beneficial to growth of high quality DKDP crystal.
