Event　holder　should　accommodate　a　safe,　expedite　and　comfortable　walking　environment　for　spectator　attending　planned　special　events.　This　article　adduced　badminton　competition　event　in　Beijing　2008　Olympic　game　for　example,　applied　Legion　pedestrian　simulation　software　to　simulate　spectator　egress　process,　discovered　the　hidden　problems　in　pedestrian　organization　plan.　The　problems　included:　spectator　egress　excessively　centralized,　pedestrian　flown　line　disturbed　one　another,　lack　of　demand　balance　among　each　exits.　In　order　to　solve　the　above　problems,　corresponding　improved　measures　were　put　forward　which　included:　cut　off　peak　flow　demand,　arranged　route　guiders,　eliminated　pedestrian　flow　line　interference.　Then　the　improved　plan　is　verified　through　simulation.　Contrast　between　the　simulation　result　of　the　original　plan　and　the　improved　indicates　that　after　improving　measures　it　would　decrease　peak　flow　duration　time,　enhance　exits＇　LoS,　mitigate　congestion　in　high　density　area,　prevent　spectator　unsafe　danger　in　advance.　Research　production　can　be　applied　to　pedestrian　traffic　organization　on　analogous　planned　special　events.
