Abstract:
We extend the previously presented two-path interference compensation method for pulsed Time-of-Flight (ToF) cameras to three or more paths. By generalizing the model of multipath effect, we transform the measured vector consisting of multiple light periods to make it sparse and apply the L1 norm regularization algorithm to estimate the depth of the main path component. In theory, the combination of any number of components can be separated. Due to the experimental conditions, we validate the proposed method in the three-path scene. Experiments show that the components are effectively separated. © 2019 IEEE.
