Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to design and manufacture a microfluidic PCR chip, and construct an embedded platform for realizing temperature control in chip PCR reaction. Based on idea of modular design, hardware is divided into the implementation of temperature control data sampling, heating drive the temperature control function. Software platform mainly contains the embedded operating system based on the hardware platform, the temperature monitoring and client software running on Windows. Temperature monitoring and PCR experiments are performed to verify the design. The results show that the system can meet the micro-PCR microfluidic chip temperature control requirements, to achieve the precise temperature control and remote monitoring. © euspen Headquarters.
