In　[1],　Daubechies　provided　2-band　＂splitting　trick＂　in　L2　(R),　which　was　used　in　the　construction　of　orthogonal　wavelet　packets.　In　[2],　by　generalizing　the　trick　to　bidimensional　case,　Tian　Xiongfei　and　Li　Yunzhang　constructed　bidimensional　orthonormal　wavelet　packets　related　to　the　dilation　matrix　M　=　[1　1/1　-1]　in　this　paper,　a　nonorthogonal　＂splitting　trick＂　related　to　M　is　obtained.
