Abstract:

EBSD experiments were carried out using the designed " in-situ " observing method, through a EBSD scanning electron microscope, at each characteristic point of stress-strain curve of Q235 carbon steel. The grain orientation graphs were obtained, providing foundation data of deformation process for further research. Since the dislocations started, moved and effected at each other during the deformation process, the portion of high angle grain boundary achieved a peak value in grain boundary distribution at a strain of 1%.
