Abstract:

Based on the 04th section of Beijing Yanfang line subway modular construction, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the traditional pier column construction and introduces the construction technology of pier column reinforced bar in details; as well as analyzes the economy, construction period, social benefits generated by the application of modular construction. The engineering practice indicates that modular construction can effectively shorten the construction period, reduce project cost and improve the quality of the project, and achieve good results in the practical application, and will be one of the developing directions of construction industrialization in the future. © 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London.
