Abstract:

Radio frequency identification (RFID) channel machine is mainly used for identification with the information of goods with electronic label. The angle and range of the antenna system, the motor design and the photoelectric switch layout of the automatic door, rate testing and electric roller material choice of the conveying system were analyzed. With Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 9 software testing each composition of multi-channel information recognition machine, it was verified that the multi-channel machine was superior to single channel machine under the same conditions. Results show that this multi-channel design are reasonable, and all the systems meet the requirements of the internet of the things engineering. ©, 2014, Beijing University of Technology.
