Abstract:

Objective: To prepare and evaluate the quality of chrysophanol liposome. Methods: The liposome was prepared by film-ultrasonic wave technology. The morphology, entrapment, size distribution and stability of chrysophanol liposome were studied. Results: The optimal formulation was drug/PC=3:30, CHOL/PC=1:3, at 45°C reactive temperature, and pH=8.2 in buffer solution. The size of obtained liposome was uniform and entrapment efficiency reached 86.9%. Conclusion: Prepared by the film-ultrasonic wave technology, chrysophanol is highly entrapped into liposome with good stability.
