Abstract:

Leak detection of complex pipe network of hydraulic system is the difficulty. A software is developed for pipeline network leak monitoring system with distributed optical fiber sensor array using LabVIEW and FoxPro database. The modulated interference signal is acquired using PXI-6133data-aequisition card, and the signal is denoised. According to whether there is zero frequency of the denoised waveform determines whether the leaking pipeline and conducting alarm. All the pipes flow and pressure changes can also be real-time displayed. All the allocation data and flow pressure data can are stored in real-time, inquired or deleted in the database. The system is proved to have real-time and high operability, and achieving a complex hydraulic pipe network leak detection of intelligent and automated.
