Abstract:

一种全浓度梯度且梯度斜率可调无钴高镍层状氧化物正极材料的制备,属于锂离子电池正极材料技术领域。其总的化学通式为LiNixMnyMzO2,其中0.6≤x≤1,0≤z≤0.03, M为Al、B、Mg、Sb、Zn、Zr、W、V、Mo、Ta、Ti、Nb中的一种或几种,且x+y+z=1;通过改变共沉淀反应盐溶液组分及实时调控反应过程中盐溶液浓度变化,从而获得全浓度梯度结构且具有梯度斜率可调的无钴高镍正极材料,其中镍元素含量从颗粒内部到表面逐渐降低,锰元素含量逐渐升高。终材料的综合性能得到提高。该材料生产成本低廉,对环境友好,有望实现工业化量产,应用前景广阔。
