Abstract:

一种焙烧法制备氟化镧铈抛光粉的方法属于可控晶型、可控物相粉体制备领域。氟化稀土镧铈碳酸盐原料放入刚玉坩埚中,置入马弗炉中以2‑10℃/min的升温速率升温到400℃‑1050℃,而后保温2‑8小时,自然降至室温即得到氟化镧铈抛光粉体。采用氟化稀土镧铈碳酸盐原料焙烧法制备氟化镧铈抛光粉,通过改变焙烧温度、升温速率、保温时间等因素制备可控晶型、可控物相氟化镧铈抛光粉的方法,其制备方法可操作性强,焙烧工艺简单,焙烧温度、保温时间、升温速率控制精确,可获得从原料氟化稀土镧铈碳酸盐到可控晶型、可控物相的氟化镧铈抛光粉的不同工艺方法产品。
