Abstract:

本发明涉及了一种适用高含泥量混凝土的抗泥剂制备方法。其基本原材料:反应原料为(3S‑反式)‑3‑氨基‑4‑甲基‑2‑氧代‑1‑氮杂环丁烷磺酸、丁醇、乙醇、氢氧化钠,氧化还原引发体系由双氧水溶液和还原剂组成,此外还包括阻聚剂、氢氧化钠。在碱性环境中,在一定氧化还原引发体系中,通过醇类物质的取代反应,生成带有高活性短侧链的抗泥剂,其具有极强的竞争性吸附能力,可率先吸附粘土颗粒,具有绿色、环保、安全的特点。
