Abstract：
一种基于ARMS的灰葡萄孢菌SdhB基因H272Y突变检测方法属于一种基因突变的实时荧光定量检测方法。该方法将real-time PCR技术与ARMS技术结合，通过特殊的引物设计，大大降低了引物二聚体对检测过程的干扰，提高了检测的灵敏度和准确率。同时，采用SYBR GreenⅠ染料法可以降低检测的成本。
