Abstract :
In this paper, we propose and study a discretized one-predator two-prey system along with prey refuge and Michaelis-Menten-type prey harvesting. The interaction among the species is considered as Holling type III functional response. Firstly, existence and local stability of all the fixed points are derived under certain parametric conditions. Furthermore, a special consideration is made to global asymptotic stability of the interior fixed point. Then, we have shown that the system undergoes different types of bifurcations including transcritical bifurcation, flip bifurcation, and Neimark-Sacker bifurcation by using center manifold theorem, bifurcation theory, and normal form method. Also, Feigenbaum's constant of the system is calculated. It is observed that both harvesting and refuge have a stabilizing effect on the system, and the stabilizing effect of harvesting dominates the stabilizing effect of refuge. Of most interest is the finding of coexisting attractors and multistability. In particular, optimal harvesting policy has been obtained by extension of Pontryagin's maximum principle to discrete system. Finally, some intriguing numerical simulations are provided to verify our analytic findings and rich dynamics of the three species system.

Abstract :
Resonance and bifurcation are prominent and significant features observed in various nonlinear systems, often leading to catastrophic failure in practical engineering. This paper investigates, under an analytical and numerical perspective, the dynamical characteristics of a fractional Rayleigh oscillator with distributed time delay. Firstly, through the application of the multiple scales method, we derive approximated analytical solutions and amplitude-frequency equations for the regions near both primary and secondary resonances. The stability conditions of steady-state motions and the existence region of the subharmonic response are also obtained. Furthermore, to validate the accuracy of the approximated solutions, the results are compared with numerical solutions derived from the Caputo scheme, revealing a high concordance between them. Then, a comprehensive study on response curves is conducted for the system under different nonlinear damping, fractional parameters and delay strength. Finally, we identify and discuss the presence of the forked bifurcation within the system.

Abstract :
This paper presents a complete investigation into the phenomenon of dual convection flow within a bulging enclosure along with non-Newtonian power-law fluids and employs the Galerkin finite element method for simulation. The main objective is to study the heat and mass transfer and entropy generation within the enclosure. Various factors, such as the Rayleigh number, power law coefficient, Lewis number, and effects of magnetic inclination are evaluated for their influence on flow dynamics and heat distribution. The study also investigates the relationship between these parameters and entropy generation, providing insights into the irreversible processes within the system. A comparative analysis of averaged Nusselt and Sherwood coefficients reveals distinct thermal and fluidic behaviours across varying power-law indices, emphasizing differences between shear thickening, shear thinning, and Newtonian fluid behaviours. The findings provide valuable insights into non-Newtonian power-law fluids in complex flows, enhancing our understanding of flow and heat transfer in bulging enclosures.

Abstract :
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the thermal behavior of power law fluid within a plus-shaped cavity under the influence of natural convection, also taking into account the Darcy number and magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). The problem is formulated as a system of partial differential equations considering the power law fluid's rheological behavior. The left-side walls are maintained at a specific low temperature while the lower and the right-side walls have uniform maximum temperatures. The boundary condition is designed to enhance heat transfer efficiency within the cavity, utilizing advanced thermal insulation methodologies. Finite element method (FEM) simulations are conducted, and a grid independence test is performed to validate the results. The impact of relevant parameters on the variation in momentum and thermal distributions is investigated using streamline and isothermal contour plots. The results indicate that as the Rayleigh number increases, the kinetic energy also increases, whereas the viscosity and circulation zones expand with an increase in the power law index. The Nusselt number exhibits a higher value in the shear-thinning case (n = 0.7) compared to the Newtonian (n = 1) and shear-thickening (n = 1.2) cases. This empirical observation underscores the vital role that fluid rheology plays in molding the overall heat transfer performance within the cavity. The study concludes that there is a distinct correlation between the heat transfer rate and the Rayleigh number (Ra). As Ra increases, there is a significant improvement in the heat transfer rate within the flow domain. Furthermore, the fluid behavior and heat transfer performance within the cavity are significantly influenced by the presence of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) and the Darcy effect.

Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate the genuine entanglement in tripartite systems based on partial transposition and the norm of correlation tensors of the density matrices. We first derive an analytical sufficient criterion to detect genuine entanglement of tripartite qubit states combining with the partial transposition of the density matrices. Then, we use the norm of correlation tensors to study genuine entanglement for tripartite qudit quantum states and obtain a genuine entanglement criterion by constructing certain matrices. With detailed examples, our results are seen to be able to detect more genuine tripartite entangled states than previous studies.

Abstract :
We consider the negative order KdV (NKdV) hierarchy which generates nonlinear integrable equations. Selecting different seed functions produces different evolution equations. We apply the traveling wave setting to study one of these equations. Assuming a particular type of solution leads us to solve a cubic equation. New solutions are found, but none of these are classical solitary traveling wave solutions.

Abstract :
A novel dynamic vibration absorber(DVA) model with negative stiffness and inerter-mass is presented and analytically studied in this paper. The research shows there are still two fixed points independent of the absorber damping in the amplitude frequency curve of the primary system when the system contains negative stiffness and inerter-mass. The optimum frequency ratio is obtained based on the fixed-point theory. In order to ensure the stability of the system, it is found that inappropriate inerter coefficient will cause the system instable when screening optimal negative stiffness ratio. Accordingly, the best working range of inerter is determined and optimal negative stiffness ratio and approximate optimal damping ratio are also obtained. At last the control performance of the presented DVA is compared with three existing typical DVAs. The comparison results in harmonic and random excitation show that the presented DVA could not only reduce the peak value of the amplitude-frequency curve of the primary system significantly, but also broaden the efficient frequency range of vibration mitigation.

Abstract :
Entity alignment aims at associating semantically similar entities in knowledge graphs from different sources. It is widely used in the integration and construction of professional medical knowledge. The existing deep learning methods lack term-level embedding representation, which limits the performance of entity alignment and causes a massive computational overhead. To address these problems, we propose a Siamese-based BERT (SiBERT) for Chinese medical entities alignment. SiBERT generates term-level embedding based on word embedding sequences to enhance the features of entities in similarity calculation. The process of entity alignment contains three steps. Specifically, the SiBERT is firstly pre-trained with synonym dictionary in the public domain, and transferred to the task of medical entity alignment. Secondly, four different categories of entities (disease, symptom, treatment, and examination) are labeled based on the standard terms selected from standard terms dataset. The entities and their standard terms form term pairs to train SiBERT. Finally, combined with the entity alignment algorithm, the most similar standard term is selected as the final result. To evaluate the effectiveness of our method, we conduct extensive experiments on real-world datasets. The experimental results illustrate that SiBERT network is superior to other compared algorithms both in alignment accuracy and computational efficiency.

Abstract :
Nowadays, many researches have considerable attention to the nonlinear q-difference equations boundary value problems as important and useful tool for modeling of different phenomena in various research fields. In this work, we investigate a class of q-difference equations boundary value problems with integral boundary conditions with p-Laplacian on infinite intervals. By applying the Avery-Peterson fixed point theorem in a cone, we establish the existence of three positive solutions for the above boundary value problem. Finally, the main results is illustrated with the aid of an example.

Abstract :
In high dimension, the bifurcation theory of periodic orbits of nonlinear dynamics systems are difficult to establish in general. In this paper, by performing the curvilinear coordinate frame and constructing a Poincare map, we obtain some sufficient conditions of the bifurcation of periodic solutions of some 2n-dimensional systems for the unperturbed system in two cases: one is a decoupled n-degree-of-freedom nonlinear Hamiltonian system and the other has an isolated invariant torus. We use a new method and study new types of systems compared with the existing results. As an application we study the bifurcation and number of periodic solutions of an ice covered suspension system. Under a certain parametrical condition, the number of periodic solutions of this system can be 2 or 1 with the variation of parameter p(2).
