Abstract :
Ultrasonic power transfer (UPT) has become an important way of energy transmission in industrial and medical fields because of its advantages of high transmission power, zero-electromagnetic shielding, and harmlessness. In this article, a semianalytical UPT modeling method is proposed based on the finite element model of metal wall and the analytical model of piezoelectric material through a two-port network transfer matrix. The proposed model can achieve the accurate simulation of complex UPT systems and efficiently optimize parameters. The calculation results of the model are compared with the measured results in the metal wall UPT and the accuracy of the model method is proved. In addition, the UPT with asymmetric excitation and receiving ends was explored with this model for the first time. The effects of piezoelectric transducer radius, piezoelectric transducer thickness, and metal wall thickness on the system performance of UPT were comprehensively analyzed and the influences of various parameters on the system performance of UPTs were investigated.

Abstract :
Low acoustic energy conversion efficiency is a major challenge for air-coupled ultrasonic technology. In the determination of the lift-off distance of air-coupled sensors, there is a balance between the acoustic energy attenuation and the difficulty of extracting defect information. In this study, an air-coupled local defect resonance (LDR) technique with coda wave analysis is proposed for the nondestructive evaluation of debonding in composites. A sensor consisting of 19 elements was used to simultaneously excite and receive ultrasonic waves. Air-coupled LDR experiments were conducted on the two types of composite structures. The effects of sensor lift-off distance and coda wave analysis on the performance of the LDR technique were investigated. It was found that the sensor lift-off distance and the coda wave analysis had a significant effect on the defect detection capability of the LDR technique. For composites, the optimal sensor lift-off distance was found to be between 3.5 lambda and 5.5 lambda, where lambda is the wavelength. Compared to multiple reflection echoes, the coda waves are more suitable for identifying the damage in composites. The proposed non-contact ultrasonic technique effectively reduces the required incident acoustic energy and can be used for efficient detection of debonding in composites.

本发明公开了一种基于超声波空间响应补偿的多模式复合全聚焦成像方法,属于无损检测领域。超声波检测信号在有限尺寸试件中会发生多次反射和模态转变现象,存在多种超声传播模式。受波束扩展的影响不同模式成像对缺陷的敏感性在空间上是不均匀的。本专利根据不同模式超声缺陷响应分布很好的反应不同模式成像幅值变化的特点,利用该空间分布相对于成像质心的方向导数对不同模式的成像进行幅值补偿,实现直达波模式和半跨模式全聚焦成像在相同基准水平进行数据融合。本专利避免了传统多模式复合成像方法存在的模式选择和不同模式成像水平差异的问题,更好的抑制了伪像,提高缺陷成像的信噪比。

Abstract :
The acoustic detection of pipeline leaks is strongly influenced by the associated interference and noise. In this paper, acoustic emission signals are analyzed using a sparse representation method and the main components associated with the leakage are extracted. Dictionary learning is performed using training samples composed of the leakage signals and noise signals. The measured signal is sparsely decomposed on the composite dictionary, allowing the main leakage components to be estimated. The effects of dictionary dimensionality, redundancy, sparsity constraints, and other parameters on the performance of the sparse representation algorithm are investigated. Finally, the leak location in the pipeline is determined through cross-correlation analysis of the reconstructed acoustic signals. Experimental results show that the proposed sparse representation method effectively improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the acoustic emission signals, and correspondingly improves the accuracy and reliability of pipeline leak location compared with traditional localization methods.

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种基于贝叶斯理论的超声C扫描路径优化方法,属于超声无损检测领域。采集初始超声信号,提取出待检测深度的缺陷特征值,并估算阈值。将已采集信号位置的缺陷特征值投入到高斯过程回归模型中和增益期望函数,计算出各个未采集信号位置的补充采集得分,并以补充采集得分高于阈值的全部极值点坐标,作为新一轮的补充采集坐标。经过多轮次的补充采集后,检测区域内不存在补充采集得分高于阈值的坐标,结束扫描,输出全部坐标缺陷特征值的置信均值并成像。实现对块状结构内部缺陷的快速检测和准确表征。该算法以较少的补充检测轮次和较少数据采集量,实现金属构件内部缺陷状况的准确评估。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种刮板运输机链环扫描检测用低频电磁传感器,属于无损检测领域。该传感器主要由传感器主体部分和弹性拱形滑靴部分组成。传感器主体部分主要由磁轭、励磁线圈、聚磁体、磁敏元件和3D打印封装外壳组成。通过选取较优的磁轭底部形状和设计弹性拱形滑靴实现传感器与链环曲面的稳定耦合。弹性滑靴部分主要由3D打印拱形滑靴骨架、万向轮、螺母和弹簧构成。与普通低频电磁检测传感器相比,弹性拱形滑靴可以使传感器适应链环曲面结构,保证了传感器与检测试件的稳定接触,且弹性结构扩大了传感器的适用范围。

本发明公开了一种用于金属板中残余应力检测的水浸式兰姆波共线混频检测系统及方法,属于无损检测领域。将被测金属板固定于水槽中,通过水浸式扫描系统控制激励与接收探头步进移动,使两基频信号在金属板上不同位置处发生混频相互作用,以此对金属板中残余应力进行扫查检测。计算各检测位置的混频非线性系数,通过非线性系数表征金属板中残余应力。本发明采用的水浸式检测系统,避免了人为因素与耦合不稳定带来的影响,检测结果可靠性更高;采用的兰姆波共线混频检测方法,对金属板结构中残余应力的大小变化较为敏感,可以通过非线性系数对残余应力进行较为准确的表征。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种基于磁声发射蝶形曲线的铁磁性材料塑性变形表征方法,根据被测试件选定激励线圈位于试件中间位置;固定声探头位于试件上表面,且与激励线圈相对位置固定不变;霍尔元件垂直于试件上表面放置,位于激励线圈和试件之间;利用单频正弦信号进行励磁。利用声发射接收仪同步采集磁声发射信号和霍尔电压信号,然后截取固定周期数的波形。对磁声发射信号进行滑动平均计算上包络线作为纵坐标,将霍尔电压转换成切向磁场强度信号作为横坐标,绘制磁声发射蝶形曲线。从蝶形曲线中提取最大值Mmax、包络线均值Mmean、包络线与纵轴截距MR,计算同一试件多次重复实验的每个特征参数的平均值,绘制特征参数平均值随不同试件塑性变形量变化的表征结果。

Abstract :
Due to the large detection range and high sensitivity to damages, Lamb waves are widely used in the localization and quantification of structural damages in a plate structure. The dispersion curve measurement is significant in the applications of Lamb waves, especially in a material with unknown properties. In the study, a method was proposed to measure dispersion curves based on clustering. Compared with traditional methods, the proposed method could realize more accurate and reliable measurement results with less measured data. This method was experimentally verified with an isotropic aluminum plate and an anisotropic CFRP plate. The relative error between measured and real values in an aluminum plate was less than 1%. With this method, A0 mode phasevelocity dispersion curves in CFRP plate with various braiding angles were experimentally obtained. This method facilitated Lamb wave defect detection and material parameter inversion.
