Abstract :
Suppression of noise and vibration suppression is important in various fields, such as the living environment, industrial development, and national defense and security. The bandgap properties of phononic crystal metamaterials provide an approach for controlling and eliminating harmful vibrations in equipment and noise in the environment. In this study, we used two types of two-dimensional honeycomb gyroscopic metamaterials: free and constrained. The dynamic equations of the two systems were established using angular momentum and Lagrange theorems. The dispersion relations of the two systems were obtained based on the Bloch theorem, and the influence of the gyroscope angular momentum or gyroscope speed on the dispersion relations was analyzed. Numerical simulations were conducted to analyze the wave propagation characteristics and polarization under different excitation conditions in a limited space for both types of metamaterial structures. The constrained -type and free -type metamaterials were compared, and the regularities of the dispersion relations and wave propagation characteristics by the gyroscope effect were summarized. This study provided a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the bandgap and wave propagation properties of gyroscopic metamaterials and provided ideas for the design of bandgap modulation in metamaterials.

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种自调谐动力吸振装置,包括步进电机、传动丝杠、电机卡盘、电机座、滑动铰架、螺母、滚轮、片弹簧、定向导轨、质量块以及外部框架;贯穿式步进电机通过卡盘固定在电机座上,且电机座与外部框架相连接起支撑作用;传动丝杠和滑动铰架关于步进电机左右对称放置;定向导轨关于步进电机前后对称放置;传动丝杠在滑动铰架中心穿过,且定向导轨穿过滑动铰架,两端与外部框架相固定;滚轮上下对称固定在滑动铰架上;质量块固定在两个片弹簧中间部位,且片弹簧穿过滚轮孔隙固定在外部框架上。基于片弹簧的软弹特性以及滚轮的挤压从而改变片弹簧原有形状实现调频任务。本发明具有调频准确、稳定性高的优点。

本发明公开了一种刚度可变的对称简支梁吸振装置,包括步进电机、传动丝杠、金属梁、质量块、光轴导轨、连杆、电机座以及上、下支撑板;步进电机通过电机座固定且与减振设备连接;传动丝杠竖直与步进电机连接,光轴导轨关于步进电机左右对称安置;传动丝杠穿过支撑板中心孔固定在固定板上,两光轴导轨穿过支撑板两侧孔,两端分别固定在电机座和固定板上;支撑板和滑动铰架通过连杆连接;金属梁中间安置质量块,金属梁穿过滚轮夹具间空隙。基于金属梁的边界条件调节,改变金属梁的有效长度从而变刚度的特点,同时单片机控制步进电机,且搭载传感器信号实现自适应调频吸振。本发明具有稳定性好优点。

Abstract :
The vibration control performance of a combined vibration isolation (CVI) system consists of a quasi-zero stiffness (QZS) system and a linear dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) is investigated. Firstly, the dynamic equation is established and the amplitude-frequency response of the CVI system is deduced by the harmonic balance method, and the analytical result is verified by numerical simulation. Secondly, the mechanism of CVI system is revealed from the perspectives of vibration amplitude, energy, and force transmission: The vibration isolation performance of the QZS system can be improved by reducing the vibration amplitude. Thirdly, the control performance of the CVI system is analyzed in terms of the effects of the stiffness, damping, mass ratio of DVA, and the damping of the primary system, as well as the robustness of the system. The findings lead to the development of an explicit tuning rule for the DVA attached to the QZS system. Lastly, a comparison of control performance with other three models is conducted. The results demonstrate that the CVI system can effectively suppress the vibration amplitude and broaden the isolation frequency band. The mechanism and tuning rule for the CVI system presented in this paper provides a useful reference for improving the control performance of the QZS system.

Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a novel Maxwell dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) with lever, inerter, and grounded stiffness. Firstly, the governing equation of the coupled system is established. The analytical formula of the amplitude amplification factor of the primary system and the natural frequencies of the coupled system are derived. There are three fixed points in the amplitude-frequency response curve of the primary system, which are independent of damping. Then, based on H-infinity optimization criterion, two possible optimal parameter designs of the proposed model are obtained. Considering the practical engineering application and ensuring the stability of the system, the optimal grounded stiffness ratio is selected, and six working ranges of inerter-mass ratio are calculated. Furthermore, the performance of the vibration reduction is compared for six cases. It is found that when the values of the mass ratio, lever amplification ratio, and inerter-mass ratio change in different intervals, and the optimal grounded stiffness ratio has different cases of negative, zero, and positive results. Especially when the stiffness coefficient of the viscoelastic Maxwell model and another grounded stiffness are positive at the same time, the vibration absorption effect is better theoretically. Finally, comparing with the traditional DVAs, the performance of the novel DVA is better under harmonic excitation and random excitation. The results could provide theoretical guidance for the design of inerter-based Maxwell-type DVA with a lever component.

Abstract :
This paper focuses on the investigation of the dynamics of novel 2-DOF coupled oscillators. The system consists of a linear oscillator (main structure) and an attached lightweight nonlinear oscillator, called a nonlinear energy sink (NES), under harmonic forcing in the regime of 1:1:1 resonance. The studied NES has geometrically nonlinear stiffness and damping. Due to the degeneracies that the NES brings to the system, diverse bifurcation structures and rich dynamical phenomena such as nonlinear beating and strongly modulated response occur. The latter two phenomena represent different patterns of energy transfer. To capture the bifurcation structure, the slow flow of the system can be acquired with the use of the complex-averaging method. Furthermore, by applying the bifurcation analysis technique, we get curve boundaries of several bifurcation points in the parameter space. These boundaries will induce different types of folding structures, which can lead to complicated patterns of strongly modulated responses, in which intense energy transfer from the main structure to NES occurs. To study the necessary parameter conditions of strongly modulated responses, we analyzed the dynamics of different time scales of the slow flow in detail and determined the corresponding parameter ranges finally. It is worth noting that the small parameter & epsilon; may have a qualitative impact on the dynamics of the system.

Abstract :
This paper presents the dynamic characteristics analysis of a rigid body system with spatial multi-point elastic supports, as well as the sensitivity analysis of support parameters. A rigid object is characterized by six degrees-of-freedom (DOFs) motions and considering the spatial location vector decomposition of elastic supports, a rigid body system dynamic model with spatial multi-point elastic supports is derived via the Lagrangian energy method. The system modal frequencies are calculated, and to be verified by finite element modal analysis results. Next, based on the above-mentioned model, system modal frequencies are obtained under different support locations, where the support stiffness components are different. Interpolate the stiffness components corresponding to each support location, calculate system modal frequencies, and the response surface model (RSM) for system modal frequencies is established. Further, based on the RSM modal analysis results, the allowable support location for the system modal insensitive area can be obtained. At last, a lubricating oil-tank system with four supports is taken as an example, and the effects of support spatial locations and stiffness components on the system inherent characteristics are discussed. This present work can provide a basis for the dynamic design of the spatial location and stiffness for this type of installation structures.

本发明公开了可变翼飞行器机翼可变后掠角度机构,包括机构主体,主体两侧对称分布绕定轴转动的旋转部件;舵机安装在机构主体上,舵机通过舵臂与连杆相连,连杆一端连接舵臂,另一端与旋转部件相连,舵臂的转动通过舵臂,舵臂通过连杆将运动传递给旋转部件,从而实现两侧旋转部件的同步转动。可变翼飞行器的后掠机构布置于可变翼飞行器的顶部,可实现上单翼无人机机翼后掠角度的改变,并可以在任意位置停止动作,保持后掠角度不变。在不超过机构有效后掠角度范围内,可以实现任意角度变化,使得可变翼飞行器获得当前飞行条件下的最佳气动性能。

本发明公开Z型折叠翼无人飞行器机翼折叠构架及其工作方法,构架主体两侧均转动连接有偏转部,两组偏转部对称布置;偏转部包括用于驱动折叠动作并保持折叠角度的折叠机构以及用于连接主机翼并保持翼面水平的机翼连接机构;折叠机构的一侧与构架主体转动连接,折叠机构的另一侧与机翼连接机构转动连接。Z型折叠翼无人飞行器机翼折叠机构布置于无人飞行器机身顶部,用于实现Z型折叠翼由上单翼转变为下单翼或者由下单翼转变为上单翼的折叠过程,并且能在任意折叠角度停止折叠动作。还能够使Z型折叠翼无人飞行器的主机翼在保持水平的情况下,在不超出折叠范围内的任意折叠角度进行飞行,改变其有效翼展,使无人飞行器获得不同的气动性能。

本发明公开一种宽行程、高静载连杆式准零刚度隔振器,包括:支撑机构和隔振机构,支撑机构包括底座板,底座板顶面固定安装有四根立柱导轨,四根立柱导轨通过缓振组件滑动连接有平台中心柱,平台中心柱顶端固定安装有载物台;隔振机构设置于四根立柱导轨之间,隔振机构包括斜杆连接件,斜杆连接件的顶面中心处与平台中心柱远离载物台的一端固接,斜杆连接件两端对称设有光轴组件,光轴组件包括长光轴,长光轴的侧壁中心段铰接有斜杆的一端,斜杆的另一端与斜杆连接件的端部铰接,长光轴的两端分别铰接有短光轴,位于同一侧的两个短光轴之间铰接水平组件。本发明能够实现具有较高的静承载能力的同时,还具备宽行程、宽频、低频隔振的能力。
