Abstract :
The mechanical properties of the electrodes are dynamic change during the cycle, which will affect the wave propagation characteristics in the lithium-ion battery. It is feasible for the non-destructive characterization of lithium-ion batteries based on the relationship between the wave characteristic and the state of charge (SOC). In this research, an ultrasonic bulk wave detection technique for detecting the SOC of multi-area lithium-ion batteries using arrayed flexible sensors is proposed. Firstly, the simulation model of type 1-3 piezoelectric composites was established based on the finite element simulation software COMSOL, and the effects of different structural parameters, such as piezoelectric phase volume fraction, composite thickness, and piezoelectric column aspect ratio, on their properties were analyzed. Based on the simulation optimization results, a 5x5 1-3 piezoelectric composite sensor was designed and prepared. The ultrasonic bulk wave detection system for lithium-ion batteries was built with the optimized arrayed sensor, and the connection between SOC and wave propagation properties was experimentally investigated, and the inhomogeneity of the SOC of lithium-ion batteries was visualized and analyzed. Furthermore, the ultrasonic flexible sensing detection approach has also been shown to be a sensitive means of determining the SOC of multiarea lithium-ion batteries.

Abstract :
Ultrasonic surface wave electromagnetic acoustic transducers (EMATs) have been widely utilized in detecting surface defects of metal materials due to their noncontact advantages. However, the signal energy of surface wave EMAT is weak, mainly influenced by energy conversion efficiency. Increasing the number of excitation signal cycles can enhance the signal energy, but it leads to longer pulsewidth and reduced time-domain resolution. Meanwhile, most of the existing studies excite surface waves with a single frequency, and the frequency information components are limited. To overcome these issues, wideband signal is introduced into the design of surface wave EMAT and combined with pulse compression technique to obtain surface wave signals with wideband, high amplitude, and narrow pulsewidth. In this article, a new wideband pulse compression surface wave EMAT (WPCSW-EMAT) is proposed. WPCSW-EMAT replaces the single frequency signal in conventional EMAT with a linear frequency modulation (LFM) signal. Additionally, the equal meander-line coil is replaced by a variable distance meander-line coil, where the distance between adjacent wires matches the frequency change of the LFM signal. Finite element simulation results demonstrate that compared to conventional EMAT, WPCSW-EMAT can obtain pulse compression surface wave signals with wideband frequency, high amplitude, and narrow pulsewidth. The performance verification experiment and defect detection experiment of EMAT were carried out on aluminum plate samples, and the experimental results indicate that the WPCSW signal excited by WPCSW-EMAT is more suitable for nondestructive testing of metal materials.

本发明公开了一种用于曲轴轴颈和过渡圆角同步检测的微磁传感器,采用的U型电磁铁的磁芯端部加工成内切面,内切面和轴颈表面接触以形成磁回路。U型电磁铁提供的交变磁场主要沿轴颈环向分布以磁化轴颈表面材料,也部分穿绕过渡圆角区域回到主磁路,穿绕磁场可以对过渡圆角区域材料进行磁化。在U型电磁铁内部配置两组独立的检测元件,分别拾取轴颈表面和圆角处的多类型微磁信号(磁巴克豪森噪声、切向磁场强度、增量磁导率和多频涡流)。本发明公布的传感器可以对曲轴轴颈和过渡圆角进行同步微磁检测,应用于无损评价曲轴轴颈和过渡圆角区域的微观组织及残余应力均匀性。

Abstract :
The pulsed eddy current (PEC) technique exhibits considerable benefits over conventional eddy current techniques. The structure and dimensional parameters of PEC sensors considerably influence the PEC systems. Conventional PEC sensors are susceptible to background noise of a magnetic excitation field. To strengthen the magnetic gathering ability and improve detection sensitivity, a magnetic shielding shell structure was introduced to PEC sensors. In this study, a novel canister structure and magnetic core-based PEC sensor with magnetic shielding was designed. Finite-element simulation and experimental study were performed subsequently to optimize the design. A 3-D finite-element simulation model was established according to the eddy current detection mechanism and electromagnetic shielding principle. The influence of the PEC sensor structure and size on its detection performance was observed. Next, a 2-D axis-symmetric model was established, and the size of this PEC sensor was optimized by using the orthogonal approach. The results revealed that the detection performance of this PEC sensor could be improved by incorporating an appropriate magnetic shielding mechanism and through the optimization of the sensor size. The research results show that compared with the PEC sensor without magnetic shield, the PEC sensor with magnetic shield developed in this article can obtain higher signal amplitude and can be better applied to surface and subsurface defect detection.

本发明公开了一种基于电磁超声导波技术的双层钢板分层缺陷无损检测方法,该方法利用电磁声传感器对双层钢板中的分层缺陷进行定量评估。与传统电磁超声导波检测方法不同,本发明将电磁声传感器安置在被测试样的端面,在端面激发导波,然后对超声信号进行时频分析,通过提取信号的幅值、相位、渡越时间等来实现对缺陷的定量评估。同时设计一款硬件扫查装置,该装置可携带传感器移动检测,提升检测速度。本发明将基于电磁超声导波技术的双层钢板分层缺陷无损检测方法应用于铁路和钢桥领域,改变了传感器的激发位置,提高试样的检测效率,为保障铁路、钢桥的安全运行具有深远意义。

本发明公开了一种海洋装备涂覆结构金属涂层损伤的宽频磁声多参量定量评估方法,应用宽频电磁声传感器,通过检测获取宽频磁声检测信号,提取各频率成分信号的电磁参量和声学参量,构建电磁参量、声学参量与金属涂层损伤的综合映射关系模型,实现涂覆结构金属涂层损伤电磁声多参量定量评估。本发明将基于电磁声传感器的宽频磁声多参量定量评估方法应用于海洋装备涂覆结构金属涂层损伤的定量评估中,增加了评估方法中的表征参量,提高了海洋装备涂覆结构金属涂层损伤定量评估的能力,对于保障海洋装备安全运行具有重要意义。

本发明公开了一种可用于检测锂离子电池内部状态的超声传感器,电池内部状态主要包括电池的荷电状态、内部缺陷和电解液浸润情况,通过采集从电池内部反射的回波信号的幅值,基于超声C扫描成像技术对锂离子电池内部状态进行成像。滚轮轴上利用夹具将商用水浸式线阵超声探头固定,滚轮内部充满水。超声体波由滚轮轴激励,通过水与橡胶轮胎耦合到锂离子电池内部,电池内部主要是层级结构,超声波在两个材料界面处的反射波能量也会有不同,主要体现在回波幅值大小上。本发明可实现对锂离子电池非水浸式超声C扫描成像;可实现锂离子电池整体的SoC、内部缺陷以及电解液浸润情况的检测和评价。

本发明公开了一种多用途模块化多通道超声波检测系统,包括数据调理与通信电路、多路低频激励采集单元电路、多路高频激励采集单元电路、电源稳压电路、上位机软件、计算机、传感器阵列。在上位机中配置激励采集参数,通过与计算机连接的数据线发送至数据调理与通信电路,参数指令被转发至各低频激励采集单元电路或各高频激励采集单元电路,各激励采集单元根据指令产生激励信号进行超声激励,同时采集超声回波信号并传输至数据调理与通信电路存储,再通过数据通信接口传输至上位机,在上位机中应用数据处理算法处理数据,产生检测结果。本发明能够针对阵列式传感器和不同的检测形式进行模块化调整配置,激励采集通道数多,激励信号频带范围宽。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种考虑过渡特性的铁磁性板材磁滞回线建模方法,具体步骤包括:1)针对磁滞模型中的特征参数,以玻尔兹曼函数或互补误差函数拟合沿深度方向的特征参数分布规律,得到磁特性参数过渡曲线;2)对材料进行分层处理,依据分层结果对磁特性参数过渡曲线进行分段处理,利用各段曲线的平均值对各层材料磁特性参数进行赋值;3)将各层材料的磁特性参数赋值结果代入磁滞模型,计算得到各单层材料的磁滞回线;4)考虑层间的磁场耦合作用,利用各单层材料的磁滞回线叠加计算得到考虑过渡特性的铁磁性板材磁滞回线。本发明可以和已有的多种磁滞模型进行结合,用于解决含表面硬化层、脱碳层的铁磁性板材磁滞回线建模。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种齿轮力学性能的多频增量涡流图像检测方法,首先,利用齿轮的随炉试样,制备一批次力学性能不同的平板试件,利用传感器提供相互空间正交的低频正弦波磁场(基础磁场)和阶梯式调频磁场(增量磁场)对平板试件进行磁化,测得所有平板试件的多频增量涡流图像;其次,从多频增量涡流图像中提取多项特征参数,建立它们和力学性能指标的关系方程;最后,利用传感器在齿轮本体中测得多频增量涡流图像的特征参数值,代入关系方程计算得到力学性能指标的值。基于本方法,可以实现齿轮力学性能的原位、在线无损检测。
