Abstract :
In this study, the axial compressive performance of steel-concrete-steel composite walls (SCSCWs) with novel dumbbell-shaped connectors (DSCs) was investigated. Six specimens were designed and tested, and the study parameters included the physical dimensions and arrangement schemes of DSCs. The failure mode, axial displacement, steel strain, and bearing capacity of the specimens were analyzed. The external steel plates exhibited local buckling, and the internal concrete was crushed. The variation in the physical dimensions of the DSC had little effect on the failure modes, and increasing the number of connectors improved the bearing capacity of the specimens. The axial load-displacement relationships of the SCSCWs were calculated considering the effects of local buckling and post-buckling behavior of steel faceplates in the constitutive relationship. The theoretical curves were in good agreement with the experimental results. A simplified formula for the bearing capacity was proposed, and the average ratio of the experimental to theoretical peak loads was 0.98, indicating that the simplified formula had high accuracy. ABAQUS software was used to simulate the axial behavior of SCSCWs. The simulated results were similar to those of the experiments, and the average ratio of the experimental bearing capacity to the corresponding simulated value was 0.99. Based on the benchmark model, further parameter analyses were conducted to study the effects of material strength and physical dimensions on the axial behavior of SCSCWs. Increasing the material strength and sectional thickness could increase the bearing capacity, and the failure mode was not affected. The theoretical initial stiffness of the SCSCWs was calculated, and the accuracy of the formulas was verified using the simulated results.

本发明公开一种自密实粘土陶粒泡沫混凝土材料及其制备方法,混凝土是由胶凝材料、轻骨料、泡沫和减水剂混合搅拌均匀而成;所述的胶凝材料是由硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰或者由硅酸盐水泥和矿粉组成;所述的轻骨料为粒径范围5‑20mm的粘土陶粒;所述的泡沫是由MPS硅树脂聚醚稳泡剂、FP‑108动物蛋白发泡剂和水按照质量比例为0.01:1:30的比例形成发泡剂溶液,并通过发泡机形成的泡沫;所述的减水剂为聚羧酸系液体减水剂。与普通粘土陶粒泡沫混凝土相比,本发明的粘土陶粒泡沫混凝土具有容重轻、耐久性好、抗震保温隔热性能好、抗压强度高、浇筑时无需振捣且泡沫不易破灭等优点,作为一种新型建筑材料可广泛应用在装配式建筑。

本发明公开了一种具有吸能特性的四韧带反手性负泊松比胞元及结构,包括第一结构单元和设置于第一结构单元的下方的第二结构单元,所述第一结构单元和第二结构单元对称设置且结构相同,所述第一结构单元的两端分别设置有第一圆环和第二圆环,所述第二结构单元的两端分别设置有第三圆环和第四圆环,并在结构空隙中进行填充。本发明采用上述的一种具有吸能特性的四韧带反手性负泊松比胞元及结构,填充后的四韧带反手性结构相较于填充后的普通内凹结构,在保证其具有负泊松比效应的同时,能量吸收能力大大提高,为了解决负泊松比结构加工困难的缺点,本发明采用3D打印技术来实现其复杂的内部结构形式。

Abstract :
A cantilever holder-girth (CHG) flexible connector was proposed for improving the adaptability of precast concrete (PC) external wall panels to the deformation of the steel frame under severe seismic loads. Three specimens of full-size single-span two-story steel frames with PC external wall panels (composite, open-window, and integral) were designed and tested. Low cyclic loading was applied to the steel frame, and a horizontal force was applied to the external wall panels as inertial force. The results showed that the external wall panels with flexible connectors had good adaptability to the deformation of the steel frame. The maximum deformation of the CHG flexible connector reached 27.16 mm even when the external wall panels were subjected to rare earthquakes such as a magnitude 9 earthquake. The displacement angle of the external wall panels was only 0.0026 rad when the steel frame reached a 2.4 % story drift angle.

Abstract :
In this study, quasi-static tests were conducted on six steel-concrete-steel composite wall (SCSCW) specimens with novel dumbbell-shaped connectors (DSCs) to investigate their seismic performance. The research parameters included the connector arrangement scheme and the axial load. The failure mode, load-displacement curve, and strain data were analyzed in detail. All the specimens exhibited flexural failure, and the experimental phenomena included the local buckling of external steel plates and compressive failure of internal concrete. The local buckling located between the foundation and first row of connectors, had a limited effect on the bearing capacity of the specimens. The connectors effectively controlled the buckling range of the external steel plates. With increasing axial load, the deformation capacity of the specimens decreased significantly. Under the same displacement, the greater the axial load, the greater the secant stiffness, and the higher the accumulated energy dissipation value. When the load reached its peak value, the yield range of the bottom front steel plates of specimen with large axial load was less than that of the specimen with small axial load. The theoretical formula accurately calculated the flexural bearing capacity of SCSCWs, and the maximum error and the average ratio which was defined as experimental value to calculated value were 9% and 1.02, respectively. The horizontal load-displacement relationship of the specimens was calculated using the OpenSees software, and the maximum error of the bearing capacity was 4%. The parametric analysis showed that increasing the steel plate thickness can effectively improve the bearing capacity of SCSCWs.

一种配置桁架筋的预制陶粒泡沫混凝土复合剪力墙属于结构工程技术领域,包括混凝土内叶层、混凝土外叶层、陶粒泡沫混凝土夹芯保温层及钢筋网骨架,钢筋网骨架包括通过焊接连接的桁架钢筋骨架、纵向分布钢筋和横向分布钢筋;桁架钢筋骨架由两根第一纵向筋、一根第二纵向筋和桁架腹筋组成。本发明中陶粒泡沫混凝土保温层是一种无机轻质保温的绿色建材,置于普通混凝土内、外叶层之间可实现保温材料与主体结构同寿命的目标;桁架钢筋骨架中的桁架腹筋穿过三层混凝土并以墙体内纵向分布钢筋作为弦筋,在有效发挥拉结作用的同时可节省钢材。整个配置桁架筋的预制陶粒泡沫混凝土复合剪力墙在工厂一体预制成型,能够大大提高安装效率。
