摘要:

To solve the problem that traditional manufacturing has blindness and uncertainty of the porous structure, and a design concept of effective porous material was applied to the actual manufacturing. A design and manufacture porous scaffolds structure method was proposed. The porous structure mechanic property was guaranteed on the basis of lower elastic modulus through design unit cell. Unit structure topology optimization and extraction were made by the software of Optistruct. Scaffolds were obtained by repairing and arraying the software of Magnics. The porous scaffolds were fabricated by selective laser melting. At last, the compression test was done. A series of experiments indicate that elastic modulus and compressive strength values of porous scaffolds are in the requirements scope of the bones. © 2017, Editorial Department of Journal of Beijing University of Technology.
