基于光楔的并行受激发射损耗荧光擦除图案产生方法

提出了一种基于光楔的全新的并行荧光擦除图案产生方法,使用光楔及配套反光镜来调控损耗光束入射辅助物镜时的物方倾斜角,可充分利用显微物镜的数值孔径,产生出周期更小的并行荧光擦除图案.仿真结果显示:当使用数值孔径为1.4的显微物镜且损耗光波长为760 nm时,所提方法能产生出周期为282.0 nm×283.6 nm的正方形网格状并行荧光擦除图案,能实现更高的成像分辨率.
