A　class　of　two-parameter　quantum　algebras　U-r,U-s(sl(m　vertical　bar　n))　is　constructed.　It　is　shown　that　U-r,U-s(sl(m　vertical　bar　n))　is　a　Hopf　superalgebra.　Then　the　PBW　basis　of　U-r,U-s(sl(m　vertical　bar　n))　is　described.　For　this　purpose,　some　commutative　relations　of　root　vectors　of　U-r,s(+)(sl(m　vertical　bar　n))　are　given.
