Building the social governance pattern of co-construction and sharing and innovating the social governance are the important foundation to improve the socialization,rule by law,intelligence and specialization of social governance in the new media era.Because the concealment of virtual space increases the difficulty of new media supervision,the lack of awareness of social responsibility of new media operators,the maldevelopment of social organizations and the＂absence＂of supervision,and the imperfection of laws and regula-tions governing the new media platform,As a result,the function and function of the main body of social governance can not be effectively brought into play,the new media platform lacks comprehensive and effective supervision,and the construction of ideological discourse system is insufficient.In view of this,in the new media era,we should strengthen the leading position of the Party in the pattern of so-cial governance,give play to the main role and governance function of the people in the social governance,and perfect the new media supervision mechanism.Construct the ideological discourse system adapted to the new media.
