Curative effect analysis of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with psychological intervention therapy for college students with cardiovascular neurosis

Objective To discuss the Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined mental health education intervention in the treatment of cardiovascular neuropathy in college students and to promote the healthy development of college students.Methods A total of 120 patients with cardiovascular neurosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The Two groups were given Shensong Yangxin orally,4 capsules,three times a day.Treatment group com-bined mental health education intervention treatment;2 courses of treatment.Results The college student patients with cardiovascular neurosis had improved thoracic palpitation,sleep quality and arrhythmia after treatment,and the total clinical effective treatment group was significantly different from the control group.For patients with anxiety and depression,psycho-logical evaluation,according to the anxiety of 45%,depression 21.67%,poor quality of sleep of 47.5%,show that college students in the widespread phenomenon of anxiety and depression in the patients with cardiovascular neurosis,and sleep quality problem.Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsule with mental health education intervention can significantly im-prove student patients with cardiovascular neurosis symptoms such as chest palpitation,insomnia and arrhythmia,effectively relieve anxiety and depression.
