Translated Abstract
There are many important applications in weather, economic, sports data and other fields for record values. We studied GLD of the lower record values of moment, variance and covariance, mean vector α and covariance matrix ∑. And then, discussing the best linear unbiased estimation of the location and scale parameters on GLD, and using generalized linear models to discuss the best linear unbiased prediction of lower record values. At last we used Monte Carlo for simulation shows that: We proved that lower record values of parameter estimation and prediction effect better and the deviation and square error are smaller under the different sample size and shape parameters take different values b, which indicates that this estimation method is practical and effective.
