Abstract：
针对圆盘式刀库和链式刀库所用刀套与刀柄,逐步搭建机械结构等一系列的ATC插刀力、拔刀力检测系统.通过Visual C++6.0和Access数据库编写检测软件可以实时显示刀柄、刀套间的作用力曲线,可用于加工中心ATC系统的可靠性提升试验,并为刀库生产厂提供可靠数据.
