In this paper,a data acquisition card using the method of synchronous data synchronization of the sensor data of the numerical control machine tool is introduced.The data acquisition card can synchronously lock eight analog signals and six digital signals,and can synchronously collect and process and analyze data,and transfer the data to the host computer.Given the specific design method of each module,and the realization of the overall design,and solve the 14 sensor data real-time synchronization problem,verified by FPGA and ARM micro controller to realize the communication between PC and data acquisition card.
