Design of the evaluation and prediction of power energy consumption of office buildings based on multivariate linear regression

In recent years, Office building electricity consumption increased significantly. Simulation and prediction of power consumption is an important way to save energy. At present there are problems in simulating power consumption with software, which is difficult to use and the results are highly specialized and cannot give assist and support to decision makers or managers directly. To solve this problem a holistic statistical distribution instead of complex thermodynamic iterative computation model, and the analysis method was presented. Influential factors are filtered individually, using multiple linear regression model to establish the relationship between energy consumption and factors. The model to predict future electricity consumption can be established. It is proved that there is linear relationship between consumption and the environment variable factors,and it is feasible to predict with it.
