The practical training base in colleges and universities is not only an effective way to improve the teaching quality,but also an important part of the current education reform.Compared with the traditional reform mode on the training base,the university-enterprise joint training of ＂innovative talents with high technological and technical skills＂as their common points of interests is introduced.Taking the cultivation of the students with innovative consciousness,engineering quality and exploring spirit as a target,a practical training base with teaching,research and production as a unity in a real enterprise environment for the students is established.Relying on the university-enterprise alliance and through the sound operation mechanism of the training base,the deep cooperation between the university and enterprise is enhanced,the organic combination of industry-university-research cooperation is promoted, and the enterprises are encouraged to actively participate in each training link for higher education so as to realize a university-enterprise-students triple-win situation.
