Evaluation of Ecological Logistics of Chinese Municipalities Directly under Central Government Based on Fuzzy Matter-element Model

In this paper, we evaluated the ecological logistics level of the four municipalities directly under the administration of the central government. First using the entropy weighting method and the fuzzy matter-element model and from the aspects of time and space, we evaluated the ecological logistics development level of Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing for the period between 2008 and 2012 and then according to the findings of the evaluation, proposed the measures to improve the ecological logistics level of the cities.
