Translated Abstract
The geometric error problem existing in turning&milling composite NC machine tool was researched. According to the structure characteristics of turning&milling composite NC processing center,based on the multi-body system theory,the low-order body arrays were used to describe the topological structure of turning&milling composite NC processing center. A precision process equation of turning mode and a precision process equation of milling mode were built,and simulation was made for software compensa-tion. The experimental results show that the geometry motion error model of turning&milling composite NC machine tool is correct,and the software error compensation improves machining accuracy of turning&milling composite NC machine tool.
