摘要:
The influence of vanadium content on high-temperature mechanical properties of hardfacing deposited metal was investigated, on the basis of keeping other compositions of Cr5 Series hardfacing alloy system unchanged. The results show that vanadium has different existing statuses in the hardfacing deposited metal, and different influence laws on room-temperature hardness and micro-hardness. At 600 degrees C, with the increasing of vanadium content, wear resistance is improved firstly, and then started to decreased when the maximum value reschis to at 0.30%, until to the lowest wear resistance at 0.60%. When the vanadium content is within 0 similar to 0.60%, with the increasing of vanadium content, the friction coefficient decreases gradually; when it exceeds 0.60%, with the increasing of vanadium content, the coefficient increases. High-temperature wear depends on the toughness, strength, microstructure and oxidation resistance of hardfacing material greatly, and is influenced by many factors comprehensively.
