摘要:

Bi0.9Ho0.1Fe1-xCrxO3 (BHFCO, x=0.005, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1) ceramics were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. BHFCO ceramics have a perovskite rhombohedral R3c structure proved by XRD measurements, and the reduction of lattice parameter with Cr addition is observed. Well saturated ferroelectric hysteresis loops have been observed. The maximum remanent polarization is around 20.25 mu C/cm(2) at x=0.05. Well saturated ferromagnetic hysteresis loops also have been observed. The maximum remnant magnetization and the maximum saturation magnetization are observed at x=0.1, and the values are 0.742 and 3.030 A.m(2).kg(-1) respectively.
