摘要:

Flaky Fe4N powders were prepared by nitriding the flaky iron powders after ball-milling. Various bulk samples. were formed with 10 wt% paraffin as a binder to measure the complex permeability. The effect of ball-milling time on the aspect ratio, BET specific surface area and the permeability of the powders were investigated. The results show that the as-prepared pure phase Fe4N flakes have large aspect ratio with uniform thickness smaller than their skin depth. The samples with flaky powders show higher complex permeability than the one with raw granules in certain frequency range, but exhibit different dispersion characteristics.
