Abstract:

本文根据4S店自身的特性,建立了客户满意度层次模型,三级指标根据4S店客户不满意原因建立,二级指标则利用因子分析确定,并利用层次分析法确定权重,最后利用加权平均法确定4S店的客户满意度。
