The die & mold technique of production is complex, the production process is changeable. A scheduling algorithm was designed to solve the dynamic scheduling problem in die & mold manufacturing.The paper establishes the simplified mold enterprise' s job shop scheduling question model, use self-adaptive genetic algorithm to determine the work pieces' s working scheme. A dynamic scheduling algorithm based on moving window and consideration of local and global update was put forward for the uncertainties in the mold production. The paper uses the algorithm to solve the actual die & mold enterprise' s job shop scheduling question. The result shows that the algorithm' s versatility is good, the feasibility is high.
