为提高信号交叉口行人通行能力、减少行人过街延误,在分析多相位信号控制交叉口信号相位、交通冲突点和交叉口渠化的基础上,对行人相位和机动车相位进行整合,充分利用机动车左转相位时交叉口的空间资源为行人创造过街条件。
