Abstract:
理论上研究并论证了飞秒激光在非周期性极化畴反转的铌酸锂晶体(LN)中由光整流效应产生任意频率、窄带的太赫兹(THz)波辐射的可行性.为实现对THz波谱的整形,文中利用模拟退火(SA)算法设计出铌酸锂晶体的极化畴反转结构的最佳模型,由此可产生任意预置时间波形的THz辐射场.结果表明,SA算法是一种有效的通过设计晶体极化畴反转结构,实现对THz时间波形整形的方法.
