Translated Title
Pilot study of reservoir water treatment with high algae content by UF combined processes
Translated Abstract
The pollution removal effect and membrane pollution status of reservoir water that has high algae content have been investigated. The water has been treated by the combined process of sludge reflow and ultrafiltration through pilot study. The results show that the combined process has more advantages than traditional water treat-ment in regard to the removal rates of turbidity, COD_(Mn), UV_(254) and algae. The pretreatment of sludge reflow could make the running of membrane stable and make the pressure preceding the membrane invariable for a long time. The combined process could be used as an efficient method of treating reservoir water having high algae content.
