摘要:

Various epoxide resins were identified to be used as a binder to prepared Fe4N bonded magnet. The effect of resin species, amount of the additives and forming pressure on the electromagnetic properties was investigated. The results show that best electromagnetic properties were obtained when 3 wt% E12 epoxide resin was added with the forming pressure of 500 MPa. The real part and imaginary part of permeability of this sample in the frequency range from 0.6 GHz to 1.2 GHz can reach 5.4 and 6.7, respectively. And the saturation intensity and coercivity are 181.85 (A.m(2))/kg and 34 148 A/m
