对共轭凸轮机构设计过程中易出现的廓线失真原因及主要消除方法进行了研究,提出了高阶样条曲线替代的方法,进行共轭凸轮廓线失真的处理.数字化仿真的结果证明,通过对过根切点进行修整,能够有效处理廓线失真问题.
